Shipping Policies and Information
Our standard shipping is FedEx Ground; however, customers may select expedited shipping at an additional cost. Shipping rates are determined and displayed prior to checkout. Our standard shipping day is Monday to ensure weekday delivery (i.e., each order is shipped on the Monday following the date the order is placed). Customers should contact our customer service department if they require a custom shipping date. During periods of extreme high or low temperatures, we may postpone shipping to prevent deterioration of wine quality. We only ship to the states listed in the selection box on the order page. An adult signature is required for delivery.
Age Verification
We require you to verify that you are of legal age to order our wines. Orders are only accepted from individuals 21 years of age or older. We use a third party vendor (IDology) to verify the age of all of our online customers.
Return/Refund Policy
We proudly offer our wines for sale with the goal of 100% customer satisfaction. Please contact our customer service department at 410-630-1511 or email us at customer_service@ThanksgivingFarm.com regarding any product quality or delivery problems you may experience with your order. Please inspect shipping cartons upon delivery; any damage or breakage must be reported to the shipping carrier. Due to Maryland wine shipping law, we cannot accept any returns.
